Human Resources Achieves Record-Breaking Recruitment
The HR department successfully managed a record number of applications this semester. A new decentralized approach allowed projects more freedom to conduct practical workshops as part of their selection process.
Feedback from candidates was collected via new standardized forms, and dates for the second-semester recruitment have already been set to accommodate the growing interest in the group.
